At evestv, your satisfaction matters. This Refund Policy explains what you're entitled to before and after you subscribe to our streaming service. We keep it plain and simple.
1. Free Trial
We give you a free 24-hour trial — no credit card needed. You'll get full access to all channels and features included in your chosen plan. The trial expires after 24 hours on its own; we won't charge you unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you've subscribed to a paid plan and you're not happy — for any reason — you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. That's it. We'll sort it out.
- Refund requests must be sent within 24 hours of your original payment date.
- The guarantee covers first-time purchases only — it doesn't apply to renewals.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method you used.
- Depending on your payment provider, it can take 3–7 business days to show up.

Let us know your registered email address and roughly when you paid. We handle all refund requests within 48 hours of hearing from you.
4. Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We can't refund renewal charges after the fact, so if you don't want to be billed again, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Not sure how? Drop us a message and we'll walk you through it.
5. Exceptions
There are a few situations where a refund won't apply:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after your initial payment.
- Your account was suspended because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login credentials or bypassing usage rules.
- A chargeback has already been filed with your bank. Please come to us directly instead — chargebacks create problems on both sides, and we'd much rather resolve things ourselves.
6. Technical Issues
Before you ask for a refund, please reach out to our support team if you're dealing with buffering, missing channels, or connection problems. We fix most issues within minutes. Our team is available around the clock via WhatsApp — don't give up before giving us a shot.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect from the date we publish them here. If you subscribed before a change, your original rights stay in place for your current billing period.
