These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of evestv at evesiptv.tv and our IPTV streaming service. When you sign up, start a trial, or buy a plan, you're agreeing to everything written here. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing any subscription means you've read and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. You can't use evestv without accepting them first.

2. What evestv Provides

evestv gives you access to a large library of live TV channels and on-demand content, delivered over your internet connection. We offer several subscription options:

• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
• 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen tiers to fit your household.
• A 7-day free trial available once per account.

Channel availability and content can vary by region. We may update the channel lineup at any time — that's just how live broadcasting works.

3. Your Account

• You'll need a working email address to sign up.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Don't share them.
• Each subscription is for personal or household use only — not for resale or redistribution.
• You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your country) to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

You can use evestv to watch content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing. That means streaming for yourself — or your household — on however many screens your plan allows. That's what the service is built for, and we're glad you're here.

5. Things You Can't Do

To keep evestv running well for everyone, there are a few things we don't allow:

• Sharing, reselling, or passing your account access to anyone outside your household.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or scrape the service.
• Trying to get around any security measures or regional restrictions.
• Recording or capturing content from the service for redistribution.
• Using the service commercially without our written permission.
• Doing anything that puts unnecessary load on our servers or network.

Accounts that break these rules get suspended immediately and without a refund. We don't make exceptions here.

6. Billing & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD. Local taxes may apply at checkout.
• Payments go through secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't store your card details — ever.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing anniversary unless you cancel first.
• We'll send you a reminder before renewal. It's your call to cancel if you don't want to continue — we can't refund renewals after they process.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by reaching us via WhatsApp or our contact form. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period — we won't cut off your access early.

8. Refunds

Our full refund details are in the Refund Policy. The short version: first-time purchases include a money-back window if the service doesn't work for you. Renewals aren't refundable once they've gone through.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep evestv available around the clock. That said, we can't promise 100% uptime — some things are outside our control:

• Your own internet connection quality or speed.
• Scheduled maintenance or emergency fixes on our end.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, infrastructure failures, etc.).
• Outages from channel providers or changes to content licensing agreements.

10. Intellectual Property

All broadcast content you access through evestv is owned by or licensed to the relevant content providers — we don't own it. The evestv website design, code, and branding is ours. Please don't copy or reproduce those without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, evestv isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using the service. If something does go wrong and you have a valid claim, the most we'll ever owe you is the amount you paid during the current subscription period.

12. Indemnification

If your actions — including any violation of these Terms — cause a claim, damage, or cost against evestv or our team, you agree to cover those losses. This is standard practice for any subscription-based service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. If there's ever a dispute, we'd prefer to sort it out through direct conversation first. If that doesn't work, disputes go to binding arbitration rather than court.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use evestv after an update means you're fine with the new version. If you're not, you can cancel your subscription.
